Tucker Creek’s AlpacaLease Program Is the cost of buying alpacas the reason you have not taken the next step.. So how do you work that element into your business plan? AlpacaLease may be the answer. Our exclusive AlpacaLease allows you to select the bred female of your choice from our farm and at the end of the lease term the cria is yours. You may choose to renew her lease for another year; select a different female for the next year or be done. At the end of the term the female is returned to our farm and you keep the cria. No long term loan commitments. No monthly payments. You only pay 15% of the bred female’s selling price as the lease payment; pay the cost of insurance at 3.5% based on the selling price of the bred female and you are done with the financial burden of acquiring your females. You care for her just as if she were yours--all husbandry and veterinary responsiblities are yours.
